Surface and conventional gauges
Surface finish, thread, fit and production checks are planned according to part function.
Requirement clarification
Material, tolerance, finish, quantity and target delivery are reviewed before release.
Process control
Manufacturing routes and responsible partners are matched to the project requirements.
In-process verification
Critical dimensions and process conditions are checked at appropriate manufacturing stages.
Final inspection
CMM, vision measurement and conventional gauges are applied according to part needs.
Documentation
Inspection records and requested process documentation are confirmed before delivery.
